What's been going on

a whole lot of nothing! Nothing too eventful has gone on lately but I thought I'd give a little update even if it's just for me to have a record of.

Arya is growing up TOO quickly. It seemed like with Audree I was so excited for her to grow up and couldn't wait for her to get bigger. This time around I just wish Arya would stop growing. She's growing up too fast.
She:
-will be 8 months old on the 23rd and she just an ambitious little stinker.
-has become quite the expert crawler and is now getting pretty daring at pulling herself up onto things, as I type she is pulling herself up onto the vacuum...unfortunately she doesn't choose the most safe places to try and stand.
-loves her mommy, sometimes a little too much
-loves scrounging the floor for whatever piece of something little might be hanging around and trying to eat it, food or not.
-love to be sung to. Her favorite song to have sung to her is the one from Tarzan(you'll be in my heart).
-adores her sister and loves it when her sister will take the time to play with her.
-needs constant attention.
-gets a lot of attention wherever she goes because she immediately turns on the charm whenever she gets any attention, and of course she is just so stinking cute!
-loves food especially sweet potatoes and bananas.
-absolutely HATES her car seat and driving in the car with her is nothing short of torture.
-rarely ever sits still
-wont take a bottle and it drives me crazy
-she says dadadadada

Audree doesn't seem to be growing up as fast for some reason...I don't know why.
She:
-loves to sing primary songs. Her nursery teacher are always praising her and tell us that she sings every word of all the songs they sing.
-knows all her shapes, abc's(for the most part), numbers 1-10 and colors, she is picking up on new knowledge everyday.
-love her Disney movies. Her favorites right now are Aristocats and Enchanted
-is really well rounded. She loves to help daddy and play with tools and she loves to help mommy and watch princess movies. She will watch more then just princess movies which I love because the princess movies are great, but so are many other Disney movies. Among her other recent favorites are Tarzan, The Emperor's New Groove and Mulan.
-is quietly smart. She never quite lets on everything she knows and I catch glimpses of it when she thinks no one is watching.
-once again became uninterested in potty training and is back in diapers :(
-is very excited for Christmas...at least what she understands of it
-is a picky eater but loves her applesauce and sweet "totatoes." She also loves chicken and dip.
-prefers to not wear any clothes and it always stripping down.
-has started taking her diaper off when she wants a diaper change and then just hangs out buck naked until we discover her.
-has always been very wary of people and has recently started giving people hugs. She used to just let kids maul her when they would hug her.

Nothing very noteworthy with me or Mark. We are just getting ready for Christmas and maybe going a little crazy at the same time with the big day so close upon us. Hope everyone is enjoying their holidays!
